We created a self-service portal for Ekoagros operators, bringing organic production certification processes into a single digital environment.

Organic production certification involves many interconnected actions, data, documents, and different process stages. The purpose of the self-service portal is to provide operators with one clear environment for communicating with Ekoagros and performing certification-related actions.
The portal presents users with information relevant to their situation, required actions, and process statuses. Submitted data is transferred to the internal certification system, where Ekoagros specialists continue their work.
In the self-service portal, operators can submit applications, forms, documents, and other information required for the certification process. The system helps users understand what actions need to be taken, what information has already been submitted, and at what stage a specific process is.
The portal is integrated with the internal certification system and other solutions required for the process. Integration with the Electronic Government Gateway infrastructure has been implemented for user login and identity verification.
The certification process depends on the nature of the activity, submitted data, and the specific process stage. Therefore, the information displayed to the user and available actions must adapt to their situation while remaining clear and consistent.
The self-service portal does not operate as a separate information page. It is directly integrated with the certification system used by Ekoagros specialists, so actions performed in both environments form one unified process.
Portal login is linked to trusted electronic identification methods. This allows users to securely access their information and perform certification-related actions.
The system manages data from different organizations, users, and processes. Therefore, a critical part of the project was proper management of access rights, user actions, and information visibility.
