Order Management Systems

We create custom order management systems for trading, manufacturing, and service companies.

We integrate the system with your accounting, e-commerce, warehouse, and other business applications.

We automate order reception, verification, and forwarding for execution, so your team can process more orders while spending less time on administration.

After Confirmation

What happens after order confirmation

From this moment, the order lives its own life: it moves to executors, splits into parts, changes, and must be visible to both the team and the customer.

Work Distribution and Partial Fulfillment

Confirmed orders are forwarded to the warehouse, production, or service team. A single order can be fulfilled from multiple locations, delivered in parts, or linked to separate work stages. The status and deadline are recorded for each part, making it clear what has already been completed and what is still pending execution.

Changes, Cancellations, and Returns

When modifying a confirmed order, account is taken of what has already been reserved, sent for fulfillment, or shipped. Quantities, deadlines, and related actions are updated according to established rules. Change history is preserved, and returns are linked to the original order.

Fulfillment Control and Customer Communication

The team sees orders that are missing items, require confirmation, or are at risk of delay. Customers can be automatically sent confirmations, fulfillment notifications, and documents. If needed, a self-service portal is created where they can review order progress and previous purchases themselves.

Integrations

The solution connects to what's already working

We agree in advance where customer data, prices, and stock levels are managed, where confirmed orders are transferred, and from where their fulfillment statuses are received.

For example, pricing and accounting can remain in the ERP system, while a custom solution takes over order intake, validation, and allocation.

When designing integrations, we also anticipate data transfer disruptions: how undelivered orders are detected, who is notified about them, and how resending is performed without creating duplicates.

Integrations are possible with Rivile, Finvalda, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, and other systems you use. We verify specific capabilities when planning the project.
