We have been working with Baltyre since 2014. The collaboration began with a B2B self-service portal and e-commerce solution, which has since been continuously developed alongside growing business needs. During this time, processes, customer expectations, and system scope have changed. Our role goes beyond technical maintenance — we help find solutions that facilitate customer service, strengthen the digital sales channel, and create more opportunities for business growth.
