We created a custom certification system for Ekoagros employees, integrated with client self-service and the digital inspection process.

The certification process involves many interconnected data points, documents, actions, and decisions. Inspectors, experts, and other organization employees work at different stages, so seamless information transfer and a clear process flow are essential to the system.
Our task was to create a work environment tailored to the actual certification process and different employee roles.
The system helps employees administer certification processes, manage related information, and perform actions designated at different stages.
It is integrated with the operators' self-service portal, so data submitted by clients can be further used in the internal process, and relevant information is transferred between both systems.
The inspection report can be signed on a tablet and submitted to the client electronically.
The system replaces some previously separate or paper-based activities and helps employees manage information more consistently throughout the entire certification process.
The system is used by employees performing different functions. The information presented to them, available actions, and access rights depend on their role and the specific stage of the process.
The internal system and self-service for process participants are not separate solutions. Together they form a unified process where information submitted by clients is transferred for further work by employees.
The system is adapted for work not only in the office but also during inspections. Electronic document preparation and signing reduce the amount of paper-based actions and enable faster document delivery to the client.
Due to the processes and information managed in the system, access rights control, tracking of actions performed, and data visibility management formed an important part of the project.
