About the Project

H2 Supply belongs to a Swedish corporate group and provides equipment, logistics, and worksite organization solutions for construction projects.

We began the project with a thorough needs analysis. Together with the client's team, we assessed the future platform's users, equipment catalog structure, inquiry process, and how the initial solution could be expanded in later stages.

The Solution Created

In the first version of the platform, we created a construction equipment and machinery catalog where clients can browse products available for rent, review key information, and add selected items to their inquiry list.

The solution was developed as the first stage of customer self-service. Its structure is designed to allow future expansion with additional order management, customer management, and rental process management features.

Key Project Aspects

Needs Analysis Before Development

The project started not with a list of features, but with the future service's operating model. We helped the client define the boundaries of the first version, the most important user actions, and directions for further development.

Defining the Scope of the First Phase

We divided the development of a large platform into phases. In the first version, we focused on equipment presentation and inquiry submission, without overloading the project with features that would only become relevant as usage grows.

A structure prepared for future development

The platform is designed not as a one-time catalogue, but as a foundation for future customer self-service. This allows new features to be implemented consistently, without redesigning the entire solution from scratch.

Result
